OVERVIEW
Our Director at a Glance
Dominique Aricum is an admitted Legal Practitioner, with Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. She obtained an LL.B degree from Stellenbosch University, and a Masters in Law (cum laude) specialising in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Cape Town in 2016.
Dominique has obtained a wealth of practical experience in different areas of the law by working as an intern at the Legal Resources Centre, before completing her articles with Kemp & Associates, where she also stayed on as an associate. Aricum Attorneys was then founded in 2020, implementing Dominique’s vision of client-orientated and dispute resolution based litigation.
Dominique has expanded the practice to include deceased estate administration and she is currently qualifying as a Fiduciary Practitioner (FPSA) in order to provide the best possible service in estate planning and administration.

We charge a first consultation fee of R750.00. This allows us to meet (virtually or in-person), go through any relevant documentation and plan a way forward for your matter.
Certain matters, such as unopposed divorces, contract review and estate administration, can be done at a fixed fee from start to finish. Contact us today to find out if this applies to your matter.
We can assist with matters throughout South Africa, and have a network of fellow attorneys around the country when needed. Most of our consultations and subsequent work, are done online – book a Zoom or Google Meets consultation today.
